The price for the entire database is $250k USD. This is negotiable.
If you only want the citizens database the price for this is $200k.

Because of popular request I now offer a service to merge phone number data from orders table with data from users table. This will be completed after the sale of the database, and you must buy the entire DB to get phone numbers with user data.
Price for data is $250k + $200k after delivery of merged user / phone data. Approximately 70% of phone numbers matched (700 million users)!!
