Старый я с тобой согласен, НО если ты в СНГ то против тебя незамедлительно на негативный ответ об отказе дачи пароля от твоего устройства работает приклад АК в лицо или по ребрам и дальше уже не особо охота сопротивляться. Проходили на личном опыте.

I dont think you should use your everyday phone for anything that the law enforcement can use against you or to trap you and if you're using a phone for illegal activities, you might be better using throaway details that cannot be linked to you and if you're caught with the phone, make sure you have a secure password and have a service like remote wipe that someone can do on your behalf.
