Seems like excellent SCAM idea.
I have to copy it.

It may be legit site but I doubt it.
You can try though. With small amounts.
But im 99.9% sure it's a scam.
There were few sites like this but they were scam and they are not working anymore or changed their webpage content to random trash.
But I have a guy who used something like that, I have to ask him what the site was.
