Don't use bitlaunch. They have $20 minimum, and will block you and take your money for even the smallest excuse. It is hard. I have used private alps in the past with success, but now their IP can be a bit dirty.

Just use the VPN IP (with portforwarding, MullvadVPN is the best choice) + dyndns, you will be not even using the RDP real ip.
