add folder/file to exclusion for any AV and WD

hi people of xss, so on the target machine has windows defender and Malwarebytes(or les say any other AV), so i want to add a folder/file to exclusion list so WD and AV wont scan it, i know how to add exclusion for WD but dont know about other AV. or is their any way or method to not allow av and wd to scan a specific folder or file.

This probably is not the answer your are looking for,but I would recommend you to bypass any AV/EDR solution rather then disabling a specific location/solution.

It's not that hard,specially if you are trying to bypass simple AV solutions for home users. There are a lot of free resources and research about AV/EDR evasion for free online.
