Verified Exchange Accounts - How to create one ?

Hello,

I was trying to get an exchange account for myself, and i ended up on Alphabay Marketplace on TOR, and I found this kind of offers or listings. people are selling verified accounts. my question what Softwares or tricks they use to create a fake verified exchange account. I literally don't have any money to buy and test one.

Does anyone have any idea ? Thank you.

they use ID vendors (or very authentic fake docs) and just submit them on good IP's and send you the verified acc w/ (maybe) cookies

i've verified tons of Coinbase accs specifically and they're meant to have the "best" system, though i did use real ID's from a vendor

I understand but ow they do that with selfies ? the system is asking for a selfie maybe with an ID holding it, they ask you to move your head from left to right, right to left etc.... ? I am not pretty sure how they bypass this one, as for the IDs, I understand that a lot of people are selling legit IDs/Passports. I am only confused with the verification process needs you to do actions. instead of only submitting IDS/Passports

Basically, all accounts are created for real people with real documents, there are exceptions of course.
