I have several completely controlled credit cards I have opened under CPNs and will make any USA bill payments for 50% of total. Unfortunately no CC payments can be done only things that can be paid by credit card. Escrow is accepted.
Also willing to add authorized buyers and send out credit cards to any USA address. Would come with complete access online email and phone number. Price of would be 10% of credit limit
