Good providers are Mullvad as you have mentioned, they have a +10 year record of not giving out any information to law enforcement and last year they were even raided by the swedish police (No costumer data was compromised). In terms of security IVPN is also a great option although I have never used IVPN myself. The price of IVPN is more expensive but they also have a record of not logging any costumer data. There are other providers like Private Internet Access that used to be one of the top providers but it also merged with Kape Technologies hence I wouldn't use it anymore.
