i hope you are in consious state while posting out this comment because its not a big deal to change the package name of any apk using apktool, i can even use "org.telegram.messenger" this package name for any apk so that doesnt means that particular apk with this package name will be telegram app only. Also do look at the filemanager option in my screenshot that is the place we can upload the apk(bot apk/any apk) to get download from the loader

there are two ways of installing the apk through my loader
1. via notification like you will se continiously notification for installing the app
2. notification + splash screen to install the app
so the splash screen will come everytime untill unless that particular apk doesnt gets installed in that particular device

It will ask to accept permissions also while installing second apk? It would be better for your clients to understand if you can make a video. Would save you from answering a lot of questions.
