but I found few shops which sell promoted account on Facebook,TikTok and etc....
basically when I understand that well is "TikTok Verified by E-Mail. Aged 7 days. Token. Cookie and etc..."
so after that I must "Pay with PayPal or bank card (credit / debit)"
so its means I buy card from state from which is account ? also its means name and surname be someone different its not problem ?
its recommend to use non-vbv bin ? or can be any card ?
