Are certain the end of 911 is FBI/Europol/FSB?
usually when FBI seize a domain the cloudflare dns server changes to jocelyn/plato
it looks more likely either hacked or a NSA/CIA contractor rape them than it being seized

well 911 were china company as far as i remember... maybe Chinese..special forces seize them
