This data comes from RTPOS which is the Point of Sales system used by Metro and some stores at some other carriers such as T-Mobile and Boost Mobile but every Metro store does use RTPOS. I also have a database of these carrier's retail stores if you are interested, PM me onsite but I think the employee database is more interesting. It has 1.4 million rows but most employee accounts are repeated for some reason (150-200k unique employees). Not all have certain fields like ssn and drivers license number. But most will have address and phone/email and full name.
