Спам в сегодняшних реалиях удовольствие недешёвое. Антиспам фильтра палят массовые рассылки по отдельным одинаковым кускам кода
Надо тестировать и учитывать много факторов. Кодирование и рандомизация писем хоть и существенно помогает повысить процент попадания письма в инбокс, но не 100% панацея
Влияют на доставку и прокси, и редиректы, и аттачи, и просылаемые базы, и тайминги отправляемых и получаемых писем в единицу времени, и каким методом шлёте.
С аккаунтов, с серверов, с шеллов в каждом методе свои нюансы
Не используйте для тестирования доставки недавно зарегистрированные аккаунты. На них антиспам фильтра существенно жестче. Лучше брать незаспамленные аккаунты с логов
Чтобы добиться на обьеме даже 80% инбокса надо очень потрудиться. Кто будет доказывать обратное может это конструктивно делать прям в этом топике
Ориентируйтесь на 50% инбокса. Это очень нормальный процент
В идеале меняйте письмо каждые 10-15к просланных писем. Если шлёте на один почтовик то еще чаще. Чередуйте и просылайте 5-7-10 разных писем и давайте им время отлежаться.
Старайтесь работать точечно, а не стрелять из пушки по воробьям
В целом не все так грустно, если подходить ко всему с умом
