XPanel Configuration:
* Multilingual signup form.
* Unlimited Domain Names.
* Admin approve/deny accounts or automatically accept.
* Block multi signups.
* Block multi IP by country provenience.
* usernames banning.
* e-mail banning.
* IP address banning.
* Offer MySQL database, username and password for each user and MySQL management via phpMyAdmin
* All HTML template files (header/footer/email/..) and XPanel.css file are configurable.
* Ability to insert different pop-up/header/footer into members html/htm files for each category.
* Ability to insert different header/footer into members php files for each category.(available only under Apache >= 2.0.49, Fedora Core 2 or better)
* Auto advise of expire accounts: Auto sends a advising email to accounts that will expire within a given number of days (must use crontabs daily for it to be done automatically).
* Email users when they have reached 80% of their bandwidth.
* Auto delete of expired accounts: Automatically deleted any accounts expired after a specified number of days (uses crontabs daily to be automatic).
* Auto suspend accounts that exceeded its maximum bandwidth limit for current month (uses crontabs daily to be automatic).
* Preventing hot linking of images.
* File types - define what file types a user is allowed to upload.
* Upload File Size restrictions.
* Upload Image File Size restrictions.
* Filter for content, check for bad words in html, php, sql, txt, js, css ... files

Почему? Если сервак апача стоит и все такое...В любом случае сделать можно.

Это перл скрипт. На машине надо поднять перл. Ну и еще апач с MySQL чтоб было чем управлять

А нах тебе она под винду?

да так побаловаться ато сас unix'a на компе нету негде испробивать... вот и думаю на Виндовсе попробывать...

Чёт я непонял как его настроить, у меня правда тоже сервак под виндой.
