Dumb question about scanning!

Hello guys, I have found on the wild a copy of NLchecker, If im not wrong this can help me with the scan for rdp service port, but how can i use this?

1.- Should I give the soft a CIDR list or IP range list?

2.- Use masscan with a bunch of ports 3389,3390,3391 etc and run the results then with nlchecker?

If both are wrong my apologies, hope you dont get mad lol!
