Not 100% where I found this nor do I care to retrace my steps all I can say is someone left their backend exposed to the internet & didn't have any authentication whatsoever.
The file name is dellstore.sql which if you're curious I only know of dell like dell.com, this seems to be a 3rd party who sells Dell Computers or whatever. I Have not validated any of the logins so here's what it contains as per my knowledge:
