What you're asking can't be done if you don't install a payload in the victim device before hand.
SMS Hijacking as you wrote would only be possible when you have access/interceptors of the carriers routing gateways such as SS7.
Even if you get remote control of the victim computer, if he doesn't use specific software to see SMS messages delivered on his phone on it, you won't be able to obtain them in any way.

Be careful about who contacts you, if they tell everything can be done then it's mostly a scam.

hey man you should really rethink your opsec approach. I don't understand why to mention your location, when posting that you are looking for malware
