ну вроде как уникк (павший) имел api для других шопов, через которые те и работали.
наверняка есть и сейчас такие магазины, но продавать ссылку на шоп картона за 1700 долларов больше пахнет кидаловом, сервис про который никто не знает ?)

there could be different scenarios.

1) cardholder can type his card in different shops with sniffer or web-shell installed. or even two different hackers can install their stuff on same shop and they both can exist at the same time.

2) they might have an agreement or one of them can search in another store to resell and help his customers get more cards and make a wider search.

3) seller (hacker) is supplying his db to both shops (pretty common but less likely)
