What would you do if you feel like you've lost everything .

only feel or have really lost it all?

anyway sounds like sounds like depression for me

In moments of sadness, it helps to get myself to do at least some exercise (cycling, jogging or at least a walking).
dating is also a good distraction and help to get over everything. women are like sponges wiping away negativity with their sweet smiles. and sex is also a good replacement for the aerobic exercise i mentioned above
at the very least spend time with your loved ones, your family
 
Take the lost, accept it, and move on, life is all about falling and getting up, lose and win, ying and yang, etc.
