кинул документы мне на тест, устроили.
После оплаты должен был кинуть 2 комплекта, кинул тот же архив.
Уведомил об арбитраже, ответа нет.

The download counter on one of the links I sent you was at zero. The archive you said had three empty files still had k1/w2/1040/8879, article of incorporation, business registration, bank account statements, and others. I feel like it was a little bit ridiculous to run in to arbitration when it's entirely clear through the dialogue there was anything but effort made to ensure you were happy with the purchase. A lot of people would have thrown a fit about not paying for the first set and expecting it free. A good reminder why I rarely dabble in sales I guess.
