If anybody faces the same issue:
For Parrot 5.0 (64) Home I had the error that when I installed the ISO successfully and then rebooted, it directed my to the try/install start menu over and over again.
Solution: After installation and first failed reboot stop at the try/install menu. Switch to advanced options and run parrot in terminal mode. Just reboot it out of the terminal mode (you will see there is the generic "user" but not YOUR user) and it will for some reason switch over to the real, now installed version of your new Parrot OS. The problem disappears. I dont know why but it works.
