Windows RPC Runtime vulnerability (CVE-2022-26809)

Hi,

Last week CVE-2022-26809 (https://msrc.microsoft.com/update-guide/vulnerability/CVE-2022-26809) entered the scene giving probably many people a feeling of shit in their pants.
Though no PoC's available yet afaik. Does anyone know of an exploit being available that is not a scam like this one:

Anyone know if there is a PoC floating somewhere? Or has someone did some research like the malwaretech:
