You don't seem to know what I'm talking about:
1) The service was used in the past by carriers;
2) The service can be enabled at the discretion of the carriers;
3) For each message you have to send you will need to perform an HLR lookup to see the current carrier of the number and then send it through the corresponding gateway;
4) Sending large volumes is impossible, much like sending messages with reported content/keywords.
5) You can't specify any Sender ID / Shortcode when using them so pointless for phishing campaigns

The following gateways, for example, have all been tested by me and are no longer functional:

If you can show me how to use these on leads lists of 20/30k numbers I am willing to pay you $5k.

I have made email2SMS newsletter in the United States since 2014.
I can’t guarantee Leads, I just do so that the message reaches completely, without cuts, with links, text, phone numbers in the text.
Sending 20,000-30.000 email2SMS in the USA and Canada is not a problem.
P.S. I do not take students and do not provide newsletter services and work only for myself.
