Hello, unfortunately I am not able to help you as I lack the specific technical knowledge to be able to take advantage of the accesses you have.
I tried, like you, to search for expert people since I wanted to buy accesses but I was not successful; I spoke to many people who despite their multi-year experience of Networking and VoIP/GSM routing couldn't be able to work/abuse them.
