best mac setup for anonymity

hello.. i currently use mac but the new one doesnt allow bootcamp. i was wondering do i need a vm or am i too paranoid. i currently use mobile hotspot>vpn>rdp>socks but i store some files on my mac such as data(passport scans, fullz, telegram and jabber) but i do not do dirt on the mac. i have set up a secondary profile on the mac also and set up that encryption thing macs have.. but i have discover that enforcement can bruteforce passwords? or is this false information.

how complex is your password? that's the main question.
they won't be able to bruteforce your password if its substantually long, that would take too long on normal hardware they would most likely have to rent out an entire datacenter and even with that it would probably take months or years to crack a 32+ character password
