It seems that the new malware removal tools remove them very easily, I don't think there is a way to disable accessibility permanently to exclude it from games, so I think the only way is good encryption

I did not saw the screenshot published by you but yes, AV products are becoming day after day always more efficient so yes encryption is fundamental to bypass them.
