Simple:
1. You're from Russia.
2. I'm from Europe.
3. Something is less available to you now due to the economical situation? Or don't have it at all? Lets talk, lets work.
EDIT: Russian is my third language, I can write, talk and understand russian. I simply don't have russian keyboard, so I can't type now. (Can easily do that on my phone, though)
