from what forum? dump is incomplete and md5 is broken

Hello https://forumteam.online / from this forum, but unfortunately this guy blocked himself on it and he gave it to me via telegram. He said that this is an incomplete database, but his friend has a full one for several kk lines, which they may put into open access since they consider it garbage.
