No, That's ran by a skid who legit runs skidbin.com which had it's Back end IP Leaked. The owner is an idiot whom I'm pretty sure got doxed ironically whist running a Doxbin clone site.
RF Got killed by the FBI. That's well known, 1 less forum filled with skids gone. Thank god.

For what I know breached is currently managed by "Pompompurin" and there's no legit dox available.
Anyhow, less skids yes but also less resources for us.
Having all those databases in one place was useful.
