BIOS reset MSI modern 14

Hello everyone, please, does anyone know how to reset or restore the BIOS of an MSI modern 14 laptop that has corrupted the BIOS and the EC? I appreciate your answer, thank you very much, I have searched in different places but there is no answer, the team tries to show the MSI logo and returns and restarts and there it remains in an infinite circle

Hello, have you tried resetting the CMOS? I have had a few MSI laptops and the same problem has already happened, if EC reset and CMOS reset won't work then it might be due to HW failure.

Then i confirm it might be due to hardware failures.
It often happens and I think the best solution is to send it to someone who knows how to perform hardware repairs and who can actually check where the breaking point is.
If you don't have the guarantee it's not a problem, just get a receipt printed by an authorized MSI center and get a free repair .
