It seems so. I'm looking for all platforms. I haven't found it yet. valuable information, it would be nice if we could find it.
I think twas leaked to journalists by a whistleblower, so likely there won't be a meganz link or something. They will publish their findings here offshoreleaks.icij.org after the analysis as they did with panama and pandora.
