Салют, форумчане, захотелось изучить тему переполнение буфера, но не знаю с чего начать(боюсь начать учить не то ), можете помочь , какой материал учить и где?

I would try this:

You can install on Windows and then test over and over. Certain functions require more work than just writing to EAX and then performing a JMP, but you can start with that and Immunity Debugger to get a feel for it. There is a complete write-up using this same EXE here:
