You need to bring some type of value to the table before anyone will even think about working with you. If your only qualification is having more of a want for $ than care for crime/trouble with law, go rob a bank or sell drugs.

If you have no skills, try to think of something you can offer that others can't. A couple ideas could be finding drop accounts to cashout or addressees for redirecting packages if you're in a country where people need that type of service.

It doesn't have to be technical but you have to provide some form of benefit before anyone will think of helping. Nobody is trying to teach someone that doesn't have the patience or initiative to learn themselves. Especially when everything you need to get to a decent "cybercrime education level" is open-source information, it's just a matter of looking for it and absorbing it.

Intermediate? You come to ask for professional help from legit criminals yet don't understand that all things need some sort of investment, Look around the internet there's legit tons of new exploits programs and what not.
Take a few cyber security courses, You don't need to be "certified" to be a black hat, It's just credit when you get out of the business to start a good life.

You're a novice or a script kiddie for now.... Also go post this type of thread on hackforums[.]net you'll get more attention.
