Hotspot Manager App Needed

PPlease seems my iPhone and Android have been hacked... Normally I turn on Android hotspot and share with my iPhone (to connect using WiFi) but always notice more device on my hotspot than the ones I connected... Seems android 10 and 11 don't have the feature to view and block connected devices.. Can anyone help out... I request these:
1) I need to be able to view and block devices connected to my hotspot
2) I want to be able to hack into those devices and render them useless( by deposit viruses on them)

To view - any network scanner. There are plenty on market.
To block - use secure password (duh).

You can't, if you don't have, like 0.5-1kk usd.
