can any malwares do this job, is it possible for a malware to get authenticator codes, are there

It is generated on mobile phone.
So you need to infect their mobile phone (hope it has Android OS and not iOS) with malware or use social engineering skills/OTP bots and pray that it will work.

What resources are in your hands? ...assuming you have none, you can try checking AP for creds and plug-in to the more popular MSP/RMM solutions having webconnect. chance this works is low, though
