Btc>XMR>Monero>BTC IMO is the safest way.

Also be careful who you exchange with, make sure its a "legit" person.

i dont think so they have to just follow every transaction you make....... then when you finally end up on VARIFED account u are fucked....( correct me if am wrong)

Get KYC verified with an exchange using someone else's information and use that account to convert the stolen BTC into XMR. Move XMR to a couple cold wallets then to another clean account on an exchange. This may not protect you 100% but you have a higher chance of not getting caught.
