Is it possible to take full control of Cpanel and owner cannot recover it back :p

basically, Cpanel is just a controlling software installed in a server, it could be a cloud server or an actual server somewhere.
in both cases once the owner find out the Cpanel access is compromised he will reset the server or the Cpanel access at least,

Make a SSH login so you can access the server anytime you want.
Even if the owner scanned for viruses and removed your reverse shell you can always login to SSH and upload it back.
