I managed to test the products put on sale by the OP and I can confirm that what I tested as of now seems to work.
Currently I have only tried PekkaBot (/threads/58925/ which is based on Cypher Rat), the mentioned features work even if no self-install or anti-uninstall mechanism is provided and the bots seem to die really fast.
I have already communicated the problems to the developer / OP of the thread who said that he'll solve the problems as he owns the source codes of both the Windows build (Control Panel) and the APK.

OP also shared with me also ArrowRAT that I will test as soon as I have some free time, updating this comment.

I also tested the other ArrowRAT product and the seller activated the product correctly.
It is based on AsyncRAT although you can immediately notice that the developer has worked a lot to customize the product.

The hvnc payload is generated later and they run on two different ports with different payload.
All other functions seem to work.
