Я к Туркам отлично отношусь. Раз в 3 месяца бываю в Стамбуле и раз в год в Анталии (за недвигой следить надо).
Но тут - просто статистика, не более.
Андроид + турок = не есть хорошо.
Они же, думают, что хитросделаные и не рекламируют в открытую, а кидают фразы во всех темах типа "я вчера настроил", или "вот у меня есть ботнет". Ну и далее пытливые умы, которым нужно это все поставить, стучат им. А дальше - дело техники. Сам сталкивался с тем, что они просто кидают левые скрины и думают, что они обдурили систему.
Но по факту да - нарушений нет. И депозит им закидывать не надо для осущствления этих операция и предоставления этих популярных услуг.

No one quarrels like that.
I have a great attitude towards the Turks. Once every 3 months I visit Istanbul and once a year in Antalya (I need to keep an eye on the property).
But here - just statistics, nothing more.
Android + Turk = not eating well.
They, on the other hand, think that they are cunning and do not advertise openly, but throw phrases in all topics such as "I set up yesterday", or "here I have a botnet". And then the inquisitive minds who need to put it all on, knock on them. I've come across the fact that they just throw left-wing screenshots and think that they have fooled the system.
But in fact, yes - there are no violations. And they do not need to throw a deposit to carry out these operations and provide these popular services.
