Do all process over a proxychain + / or tor including cryptos buying, try to exchange the cryptos on services as localbitcoins with people who allow gift cards as paiement, buy gift cards in a local store and always connect to your materials over proxys. Change server each months and enable proxys on the server also when possible.
Use trash mail and trash everything that you change each month at the same time you renew an other vps.
These trash mails and everything need as everything else to be generated over proxy list.

Note that this process is only safe ith small targets, I would not recommend to hit big critical business with this approach but it does the job for everyday operations.

Mate i dont wanna do something illegal,bugbounty with legal programs,and all tools for pentest,bugbounty work very bad with proxychain or tor

Oh sorry didn't get it, then you should go for aws scalable solution for bugbounty.
But if you are searching for fix price cheap solution you can take us server vps on vainet.biz I used it for testing scanners and other softwares it's rapid and cheap (found them on the subforum I sent you)
Also for small tasks you have a free online shell with google shell.

google cloud пробовал? тоже бесплатный но нужна карта+99% просят паспорт с именем на карте. лучше все же купить впс какой нибудь

я платный юзал на portal.cherryservers.com, там 9 евро в месяц но криптой можно оплатить

I want to do a lot of damage that's why I'm trying to get myself into a ransomware group
