* optimum.net login (or any that has home phone service)
* make or buy a USA Passport CARD scan. (or real front and back dl scan any state doesnt matter but i use passport card myself)
* FULLZ from optimum account owner (state doesnt matter)
* Google Voice number
* Common Sense
1. Login to the optimum account and set call forwarding to your google voice number we only need to do this briefly to recieve code than turn it off will not be needed.
2. Go to https://www.edd.ca.gov and start application. You will quickly be presented with id.me verification
INFO. Id.me's main point of verification is by the phone number being registered in the same name as the account being created which is why we are using the optimum login with the home phone forwarded to google voice.
3. We upload our passport scan matching same info as the optimum account holder.
4. recieve code from google voice that the optimum phone number we used on the application is being forwarded to. Since the name is matching as what is registered in the CNAM database there is not further verification required. \
5. return to edd site and complete application
this brings 20k backpay per debit shipped
use any state pro for california i recommend using non california pros as you will find very few that have california edd accounts already
