So Getting free stuff from this company is simple
Requirements:

Small photoshop skills

Pick a product you'd like to get and open live chat with support, tell them you had their product (cable's are most easy to get)
and it stopped working, you tried both of *your* phones and it just doesn't charge, while other cable works well.
they'll ask you product model, you can send them link from their own website.
if They ask you your phone model, in product's page there's supported devices list, make sure one you'll tell is in the list.
If They ask you for proof of purchase you can tell them that it was gift from your friend and you do not have it.
if they ask you to ask your friend for proof of purchase tell them you can't reach him/her, think about creative, but real like reason, like he's out of country, or something's wrong with his phone and you can't reach him, and you don't know when you'll be able to reach him/her, in 90% of cases (depends on support's mood)
they'll tell you that they are gonna make one time exception for you, but they will ask you to cut the cable on half
(if you pick powerbank or any other thing, they might ask you to smash it or send it back)
for that, go to amazon, search for same cable (or ebay will work too) in customer photos pick one which will be easy to photoshop, and just cover some part of cable with background
you don't need to photoshop exposed inside colored cables, just make it look like splitted, and distance between splits like 1CM, send this photo to them (it's good if you'll have photo prepared before opening chat) and they'll ask you for your shipping address, They do not offer shipping outside of USA, but you can find freight forwarders from USA to any country.
(if they ask you where are you, say you are in united states, (if your IP show's different location, tell them you are using VPN for safety, coz you are in public place))
