Mobihok as the guys say is very good because it has the live screen, but personally I have tried some versions that the audio was not great, maybe it was the type of phone that was not compatible, otherwise spynote is very stable, and spymax, if you need I can pass them to you for free

There are several factors that could come into play, the encryption, the loss of accessibility, the use of the vpn by the victim, I also noticed the battery optimizations, it could make you lose the connection, when the system notices that an app discharge too much battery deactivate the app

Ehhh! As a simpler solution it could be to decompile the apk sign it with an updated decompiler such as apk easy tool, try to add permissions to the manifest, but I don't know how much it can solve the problem, or make the right changes to the Java code, I it seems that someone published the mobihok source a few months ago

The source was of the server not the client
