Pretty sure this is HWID locked to the machine owned by the person who leaked the builder, therefore it cannot be used unless someone decides to crack it .Also i ve heard that this is an outdated version of the builder so the decrypter does not correspond to the newer variants of the malware.

yes, our friend cryptoinsane somehow managed to bypass that HWID lock.

If someone can crack it too would be a great idea.
