decryption of a ransomeware .kook

i got attacked by a ransomware in august 2020. and i need to decrypt my files in order to recover my data. unfortunately i cannot even find the email if he/she has sent me. the anonymous person is asking for 2,500/-US$ and my whole month salary is 25k pkr (159US $). in which i also need to pay the home rent, utility bills, and put food on the table. i am saying "my precious data" because i need to recover my pictures and videos specially the my family data because last year my sister died because of corona and i have her pictures, only in my computer. i know i am acting kind of fake, but this is the truth. so please someone help me.

Unfortunately, you can not decipher your data without making a payment to the attacker, the only solution you have is to apply the reverse engineering to the executable ransomware to create a decryption. If you are lucky and the ransomware uses a master key that you can find within the reverse code, you can decrypt your files, otherwise, if the ransomware has used a random key, there is nothing to do. I could apply the brute force, but that would take light years to get the password with which your files have been encrypted.
