Арбитраж I got ripped by Vinkat 2500$

Vinkat scammed me for coinbase exploit, 2500$ on telegram - @hackerstrio . We agreed to by the exploit for 2500$, I asked him it was ok to pay 1250 first, and once set up is done, pay the rest. Vinkat agreed. So after an hour I paid him the remaining balance of 1250. And he didn’t want to send the exploit he wants me to pay 5k$ I asked him if I could use escrow he said no. He dosent want to refund also said 24 hours he will be able to refund let’s see if he does by tomorrow. I have all the proof screen recorded on telegram.!! I HAVE ALL PROOF

Yep I offered the guy Using GARANT on 1st , He told me he pay half 1st and then rest , we agreed on $2500 he said he can only pay that , I told him Ok , he asked me to setup for him , (as so i thought he will send email and pass to withdraw) , he didnt tell clearly , then asked me to send the exploit to test , i refused , then he send me a screenshot with $29k on his exodus wallet , then i asked him for a reasonable amount more because i thought $2500 is the only thing he got on the 1st , while we are speaking upon it he sended the $1250 while i was talking about extra money , i asked him to wait , but he didnt , then threatend me to send exploit or i will post screenshot and write black on everywhere , finally after a long conversation he ended caliming refund , I was unable to withdraw from binance for 24 hrs , password reset , asked him to wait for 24 hrs , then he started trolling me caliming the PoC must be someone else , i was a ripper , i asked him to shut the fuck up but he didnt , he started trolling , Insulting >(The thing is the guy who doesnt know how to setup a Virtual Machine has trolling me just offended me) , I asked him to wait not to troll or else i will Block HIm , But he didnt He crossed fucking limits , so there will be no more fucking refunds for this stupid noob scumbag , If proofs are needed i will post

1.) I suggested using GARANT on the begining , you didn't want it in the begining !,
2.) You broke the deal asking for test and sent a screenshot of your wallet , it wasn't in the deal You mentioned nothing clealry to me(Just Setup for me that all you told) ,
3.) I asked you to wait before sending the second $1250 , while we are speaking about extra payment , but you didnt care about the words and sent and used it to threaten me to send exploit, i am not gonna take responsible for it
