Upon closer inspection, the base was from 2014, which he had covered up in the sample, making it not fresh, by most definitions of the term, and also worthless to me. I asked him for replace, he replaced with older stuff. his answer repeatedly, is that this is a good base for $300. This might be accurate, but I paid for fresh material. This material was fresh during the Obama presidency.

You hid the age of your base by only showing selected columns in your sample. Here is the conversation where you say it's fresh, the actual columns, and the edit you did with your photo to hide the age.

Made 3 replacements, each of which was even older, including one from 2010-2011. We are talking about DL data here specifically, which is good for 2-5 years most states. It doesn't matter if the seller thinks he offered a good deal for the price: the deal was for fresh material, and the material given was not fresh. Not even a little bit.
