Android loader

Hello friends ,
i'm new to the forum and android malwares in general.
I want to ask experienced or knowledgeable people in this domain how should an android loader work and the main differences between Windows loader malware and an android loader.
if there are people who could point me on the right direction it would be very much appreciated. Any docs / links or tutorials are welcomed .

Loader:
It's basically a RAT client with very, very basic capabilities (DL/exec, uninstall, DL/update). Because of this, they're much easier to crypt due to the lack of malware capabilities (it has no keylogger or webcam viewer, for example) and therefore they tend to stay FUD (fully undetectable) for longer.

People use loaders to sell bots to buyers with fully featured botnets. Think of the guy with the loader as the person in charge of transporting slaves, and the buyer as the person that actually uses them.

Yes i fully understand the concept , but for android loader how can this be achieved ? is there any sources or something i can give to a freelance to start this job ?

There are examples of RAT for Android on github, then for a loader you just need to know java and android api and it should do it.
