I Loaded up the site, and the /db directory wasn't found, Simply removing the directory from the URL Results in this:
A Lightspeed server with nothing in it. There's legit nothing here. However the DB Record isn't far off, In Fact Have I Been pwned has 11,752,669,614 Results (01/31/2021).
Take the site with a grain of salt, I'd stick to raid forums or other dedicated forums/marketplaces where DBs are sold either publicly or privately.

Not a problem, I was confused as to why someone would advertise a free DB Lookup, Already sounds like a scam to me when it mentioned "Free" as most DB Look ups are like $10/Day or so give or take.
I Tried the site and it gave me a 404 error than I deleted the /db directory and there it is: * Nothing *
