Hello. The server hasn't been activated for more than 14 hours. The last message from sap in tg is - "Staff will check that asap". It was 10 hours ago. id : 22236

Absolutely a company you should stay away from.
First of all, the owner is a complete scammer. When there’s an issue, they won’t respond to you on Telegram, but if you message them from another account pretending to be a new customer, they’ll reply immediately.
There are constant black screen errors on the servers, and they often need to be forcefully restarted. Even if you open a ticket and message them on Telegram, it can take days.
I remember waiting a week just to have one of my servers restarted. In another case, I waited two weeks for an order I had already paid for.
Don’t be stupid like me and deposit too much money into their system because if you ask for a refund, they won’t give it back.
They always apologize saying they’re experiencing high demand. You think the issues are resolved each time, but they never actually fix anything. I stayed with the company for about 5–6 months like this.
I absolutely do not recommend them. If you want to become a victim, go ahead and order a server from this company.

Я помню, как ждал неделю, чтобы перезагрузили один из моих серверов. А один раз я ждал целых две недели за уже оплаченный заказ.
Не будьте такими глупыми, как я — не пополняйте баланс на большие суммы, потому что в случае запроса на возврат вам его никто не сделает.
Каждый раз они извиняются и говорят, что у них высокая загруженность. Думаешь, что в этот раз всё решилось, но на самом деле ничего не меняется. Вот так я и пробыл у них 5–6 месяцев.
Категорически не рекомендую. Если хотите стать жертвой — можете заказывать у них сервер.
